ABOUT The Owner
LaToya Mason doesn't just plan events, she engineers experiences that move people, build community, and leave a lasting mark on every city she touches.
As the Owner and Creative Director of LMason Events, LaToya has spent more than 14 years transforming visions into reality for some of Oklahoma's most respected institutions, government agencies, and community organizations. Founded in 2011, LMason Events is a full-service event production company built on one unwavering standard of Excellence.
Clients & Experience
LaToya's portfolio spans intimate ceremonies to large-scale, multi-day productions. Her clients include Langston University, INTEGRIS Health, the Oklahoma Legislative Black Caucus, the Uptown 23rd District, the Adventure District, the Millwood Enrichment Foundation, and Restore OKC, among others.
The LIT Framework
LaToya is the creator of the LIT Framework (LMason Intentional Touches), a proprietary event planning methodology built around intentionality, bold execution, and community-centered design. The backbone of every event LMason Events produces.
Entrepreneur. Builder. Community Leader.
Beyond event production, LaToya is the co-founder of NExus Creative (a coworking and event space), founder of The Little Black Chapel wedding venue concept. She is also a co-creator of Social Order, an event planning app, and the founder of Love You, Mean It, a postcard and digital product brand.
LaToya serves as Black Family Day Chair for the OKC Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and sits on the board of The East End Commercial District. A licensed minister, she brings purpose and intentionality to everything she creates.
In December 2025, she was honored with the Urban League of Greater Oklahoma City Equal Opportunity Award.
Her Standard
LaToya operates at the intersection of Intentional. Bold. Community. Whether she's navigating permitting, producing a Route 66 centennial street celebration, or designing the room that makes a bride cry happy tears.
"Exhausting every solution before saying no." That's not just what she does. That's who she is.
